my UPS baterry needs replacement , the car battery is cheaper than the UPS battery? can i use it , what is the difference between the two. is it something to do with charging discharging cycle??

Hi,

I got 2 x SL 1200 bought in US and their voltage is 110V. Is there any way to fix them to make them usable in Europe that is 220V. Apart from using that special transformators which I already do.

I need an electric typewriter that has enough pressure in the 'key strike' that it will imprint a 4 part form and be able to see the print on all 4 parts.
Any recommendations of a brand or model? I figure I can find most anything online once I know which one to look for.

I know it says 50 watt maximum, but 52 is so very close to 50. It's a pain to go out and find a new converter in China, so I'm was going to ask here before I plug in something and blow it to smithereens.

I can only hear all sounds from the headphones connected to my computer headphone outlet, not the speakers, I have no headphone connection on my speakers. I have changed no connections since I did the factory restore, and no sound from my speakers since then. Can you buy speakers that have an installation disk? Woud this solve my problem?

I am interested in a home theater in the box that comes with the ablity to store or save all of my 200 Cds. I have looked at the Bose GXS system and it stores the music digitally. Will I need to use my PC to do this ?
