My ipod got stolen earlier today, My bag was snatched and that was in it, I only got it on the 28th of may and I checked and its under warranty. I reported it to the police so I have proof it really did get stolen but my friend broke hers and apple replaced it, Ive checked the warranty and it states -
It does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Apple products; (b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Apple; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Apple; or (d) if any Apple serial number has been removed or defaced.

It doesnt mention anything about theft or so on so Is it likely they would replace it?

Stealing isnt nice :(

i am going on vacation on thursday and i really wnat ot bring my ipod. the only think i have to charge it are my speakers for the ipod. when i told my dad that was the only charger i had, he said that i also had a another charger that came with the ipod. i am positive that my ipod did not come eith that because i know evryhting that i have for my ipod. but i might be wrong. so if you had a charger that came with your ipod and you didnt buy it, please tell me because i might have lost it.

Last year around July I bought an Ipod. Around December I was listening to this band on random and it started going crazy skipping song to song. It wouldnt stop skipping songs, wouldnt let me pause or anything.

I took it to Mac they tried to fix it and had to give me a refurbished one because it was f***ed. Around March of this year I was at work listening to the SAME band on random and it happened AGAIN....it took me a while to go get it fixed by that time my warranty had expired :(

Im thinking the band I was listening to had a corrupt file cuz I downloaded those songs.I wanna get a new ipod but Im scared to spend 300$ and have it happen again. I have over 1000 songs and it could possibly be ANY of those.

What should I do ?

It is frozen and it is a replacement. The company said that they would not give us another one when we got this replaced. I feel it should last longer than 6 months for what they cost. Does anyone have a solution?

I create playlists on my ipod and put songs in a specific order but once I detach my pod from my computer the songs play in the order in which i added them to the playlist. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
