ok well there isn't a "program" just whatever music you have downloaded on the computer can be put on your psp, but you need to go to radio shack and buy a psp usb cable. Once you have that you can put what ever is on your computer on you psp!

PSPWare, its available for download or you can purchase in most good software retailers. I use it myself all the time. It will sync music, movies, photos etc to your PSP. You get a free trial or you can buy, its cheap.

Search with google you'll be there in seconds. It's a small file.

Most similar to iTunes for PSP is SonicStage, If you want to convert videos so you can see the on PSP use PSPVIDEO9, and if you want to play MP3 just copy them to the /PSP/MUSIC folder of your memory stick.

The best program is "Music Xploder" made by "Xploder"

Here is a link to the product page to buy it from amazon (UK) - it has some info on there
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000FG4LC2/026-9954227-9045267?v=glance&n=300703

And here's more information if you need it -
For iPod users, PSP Music Studio also works alongside iTunes, allowing AAC or MP3 tracks to be "dragged and dropped" from iTunes into the PSP Music Studio and your PSP. It will automatically change the extension of your iTunes AAC tracks from M4A to MP4 for seamless transfer to PSP.

PSP Music Studio iTunes

* Import you own music CD collection to MP3 for PSP playback.
*Automatically name your MP3's with Artist, Album, and Track names.
*Copy MP3 or AAC tracks from iTunes straight into PSP Music Studio
* Rename iTunes AAC tracks from .M4A to .MP4 for PSP playback.
*Fully manage all your PSP music files.
*Use an "iTunes" style intuitive graphical interface- functional and easy to use.
*Copy, Delete, Download and Upload files between PC, PSP and Memory Stick.
* Backup music to PC, and save storage space on your Memory Stick.
* Supports, MP3, AAC and WAV.
* Manage storage capacity via the on-screen memory stick capacity bar. (MB/KB).
* View Lives RSS Feeds to keep you updated with the latest PSP news.

And it comes with a USB cable which has a USB charger on it - I use this all the time, well I used to but dont use my PSP anymore!
