it's not. Did you mean playing your iPod on the radio???
if so, you need to get an iTrip (a device that enables you to listen to your iPod on a specific radia channel)
If you meant listening to the radio on the iPod itself, i think you were referring to Podcasts, which are radio stations that you can download onto the iPod via iTunes and which are updated on a regular basis.. you will fin "Podcast" after selecting music in the first menu
Hope this answered ur question

dont listen to any ignorant kids on this site, iPods do not have radio. the best player with a radio is the creative zen vision M. you should NOT get an iPod, they are ****, when i saved three hundred dollars i bought an iPod 20GB video and it was very dissapointing, i returned it and got this http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/zen... best choice i ever made, iPods become vegetables after about a year, a zen will last forever. iPods dont play WMAs while the zen does, WMAs take half as much memory as MP3s. so yes the zen holds twice as much as an iPod, plus it comes with more memory for less money, its alot more then twice as much. plus creative doesn't force you to use itunes. you can just open the "my computer" window and drag and drop any file you want and the zen will play it flawlessly. when i had an iPod, there was always something wrong with it, almost none of my files were compatible, you have to buy multiple expensive programs to make some files compatible. and plus the customer service ignores you when you call. the zen also has FM radio while the iPod doesn't. the creative customer service is great, not that i've ever had to call for this product. customer service from apple just constantly tells you to buy more and more programs by quicktime, it never ends and you just fork over more and mroe money. for a product you will have to replace in a few months. apple sucks, get a creative.
please trust me, i am the one perosn you should listen to about this subject, i dealing with these things is my life.

There is no radio built into iPod. But the answer given by 'the guy from britain" just proves that he's talking out of his arrogant *** and IF he is working for a company selling these things he should be sacked. you can get a radio adaptor to plug into your iPod, its not big and works fine. I'm on my 4th iPod and never any trouble with any of them. They all still work, my wife uses one, I gave one to my brother and I still have the 4g ang 5g ones myself .
you can also get any one of a range of FM transmitters to send your songs through your car stereo or any radio.
You can also get software to convert any type of video ( including WMV ) to play on an iPod. This software will also cut the size of the file into a fraction of it's former self. Just do a search on google and see for your self.
But if you want to join the guy from BRITAIN and get a creative zen with a radio on it, go for it. Because he's the only person you will want to listen to on this one, trust him.
Plus if you take care of your product , use it carefully and know what you're doing, you should have to call customer service in the first place. lol
