Is it true you can block telemarketers from calling your cell phone for 5 years by calling 888.382.1222. I live in NY state. This message is going around in an Email.

I have been trying to find a phone number, and none of the phone books or websites have been able to provide it. The only ways i have found require a fee to be viewed.. Does anyone knows a place i can go to locate this information without paying the fee?

I keep my personal cell phone on all the time, usually on meeting setting, because my husband works a very dangerous job and may need to contact me. My boss frequently calls me on it, and when I don't answer, then text messages me with her phone number. This is a minimal charge, but is still very agrivating. I work for an extremely small law firm, so there is not much procedure.

there is a new battery in it and fully charged but just 2 days ago for no reason the screen picture is sketchy, with broken lines and when you press a button to do something the screen just goes off, then it returns , and goes again.
