The cute girl answer is king of cool and maybe worth a try. But It will probably take to long. Call your phone company and let them know that the phone is gone immediately. (I mean RIGHT NOW!!!.) It could be costing you big bucks. If you parents have their stuff together the phone is insured so its not that big of a deal. If you let it run without reporting it they can run up the bill and your parents will really have something to ***** about. Everyone loses a phone or has one ripped off occasionally. Be adult about it and maybe they will act like people instead of parents for a change.

There are cameras everywhere in the school (simply by fact which you assert its severe tech) and that they're going to seize you and arrest you, and prosecute you for robbery. Going to detention center isn't well worth a $a hundred-200 cellular telephone.

You can't and it could very dangerous.
Even if the fellow answers the phone he is not going to give it back.
Cancel the service immediately so that you don't have to pay for his/her calls.
Report it to the police.
If the police bothers, they can track him/her down by the phone calls he/she makes and receives.
