there is a new battery in it and fully charged but just 2 days ago for no reason the screen picture is sketchy, with broken lines and when you press a button to do something the screen just goes off, then it returns , and goes again.

If its under 12 months old take it back to where you brought it as it is under manufacturers warrenty and they should send it off for repair free of charge, be warned if it gets sent off and they believe it has been caused by you they will not repair it for free.

It's a loose connection in the phone causing this problem. Take it back to the shop and get it repaired, as previously stated if it's under 12 months old it should be free.

I have the V3x and never had any problems with it at all, even after 18 months.

V3s crap out so easily. They're totally unreliable. I don't know anyone whose V3 last lasted more than 3 months.

Bin it and write it off as a learning curve.

I had the same problem with my wife's, I ended up replacing the LCD screen.
You can get them on eBay for £14, alternatively a phone shop will fix it for around £40.

may be a fault with the phone if the phone is within warranty motorola will repair it for free.
