I have a t-mobile uk phone and I want to know if it's possible to email my phone. Basically, if my phone number is 12345678912, is it possible to email something like 12345678912@t-mobile.co.uk and receive the msg as an SMS on my phone?

I have a Nokia 7250i, which is kind of old. I bought the N73 now, which uses a memory card. I tried to use infrared to transfer the phone book. My phone is saved on the phone and not on the Sim of my old phone. The infrared does not work. Is infrared transferring data saved on the phone or just on the SIM card?

Camera comes up with 'system busy, try again later' and sound just jumps to pause without playing any tracks. looks pretty terminal, but as I've only had it about 3 hours thought I'd better see if there was something I can do to avoid looking like a numpty when I take it back to the shop!!

Any ideas?

I have just bought the phone and when I listen to music on my MP3 player within the phone, i try to change the equaliser from say rock to jazz and nothing happens. There is no change in the sound. Has anybody else experienced this. the files are an mpeg -4 which is what the music player takes. Can anyone help?

I am having problems with receiving messages. I was able to receive and send them earlier this morning, but all of a sudden i have stopped receiving them. I tried to get my answer at the Cingular website, but their website is a real pain in the neck. That's why I am asking you ppl...

O.K, it's quite complicated, but here it goes....

My Cingular phone is part of a Family Plan. My cellphone's home network is in D.C, I think. I have been living far away (very far away) from the home network for 5 months now. The area I am in is covered by a Cingular partner wireless service. My question is: will Cingular make me pay for roaming because I am far from my cellphone's home network AND because there is no direct Cingular coverage in my area?
