Cannot copy numbes stored on my phone to my sim card please help!!!?

I got a new phone today and my old phone (samsung E530) does not have an option to copy all my contacts to my sim card as they are currently stored on the phone. Any ideas anyone to transfer them to my sim card to put the card in my new phone?

tried sending them to your new fone via bluetooth or infra-red using a friends chip in the old one?

go to a phone shop, they will transfer all your numbers from one sim to another.
