Motorola K1.... Brand new, but camera, video play back and sound won't work!!?

Question

Camera comes up with 'system busy, try again later' and sound just jumps to pause without playing any tracks. looks pretty terminal, but as I've only had it about 3 hours thought I'd better see if there was something I can do to avoid looking like a numpty when I take it back to the shop!!

Any ideas?

Phone sounds like its faulty,get in contact with the place you got the phone from and get it sorted.
