if i press on any button nothing happens except the power button. i try turning it off and on but its the same. i didnt drop it or anythin i was just pressin the side buttons to check the time and nothin happen.

Is it possible to use a mp3 file downoaded from pc as a ringtone on Sprint's Motorola Razr Vm3 cell phone? The files are encoded at a 128 bit rate. They play fine in the music player on the phone, but I see no place to ASSIGN the songs to a contact. All the hype over this phone and you can't assign custom ring tones to your contacts??? Tell me it;s not so...please!

I tried using www.crostel.com to email the songs to my phone, but I keep getting a 906 Data Error from Sprint.

Please help!

I have had a prank caller now for the last 4 months and he calls so often, the police have traced the phone number off my records.
They still do not have a name to match the number. Can I figure out who it is even if it is a cell phone on the internet?

I have tried for three days too connect this computer cable that came with the phone from the phone too the computer so that I can make a backup by going to my phone too send too my computer. It's also supposed too be used as a modem and I downloaded every driver from sprint and can't even get that too work. My husbands Motorola has a cable as well and he can goo to his phone from his computer, Why can't I????? HELP

I was late on my first verizon bill because of an emergency that came up. The bill was due October 27th and the check for the bill amount cleared my bank account on November 8. They shut the phones (4 total) off on the same day that the check cleared my account. So now they have charged me $15 per line to reconnect the phones. Is there any way to get them to waive that fee? I've called twice, spoke with a supervisor once and they refuse to waive the fee. Is there any way to persuade them to drop the fee??? Thats $60 for the 4 phones.....a hefty amount for a bill that wasn't even 30 days past due! Any suggestions?

is the pay as you go for tmobile the same as virgin mobile, i know verizon wireless pay as you go they take a 1.00 out everyday i believe even if you don't use the phone. virgin mobile don't take any money only when you use the phone i was wondering about tmobile plan is there a hidden fee of like 1.00 a day or is it like virgin mobile? i have a virgin mobile pay as you go phone i was wanting to try tmobile...

I have never had a problem receiving messages from yahoo to my cell phone before and now all of a sudden I'm not receiving them at all. I can send them to my messanger but it will not deliver my reply. My cell I've had checked and it is working fine. It will receive all other text messages just not from yahoo.
