Nokia, sony ericsson, samsung, LG, motorola? And Why?

I reccomend LG!
They're easy to use and plus they have great new types. (New enV!). Motorola is cool but RZR is now kind of out of style. I mean like its not amazing like it was a few months ago.

Different phone has different functions. There's no such thing as best brand. I know there is a company is having a promotion for free cell phone.

In the reception department, LG would be the worst performing i have ever used. If you're looking for reception, go with Motorola for CDMA (Verizon, Sprint) or Nokia for GSM (Cingular, T-Mobile)
I have used every national company, and Nokia and Motorola seem to be the top performers in my experience, and they both seem to put a decent feature set on the phones, and the sound quality is hard to beat.
The next question you need to answer is what providers are available in your area and what type of features are you looking for?
Remember, a cell phone's main responsibility is to be a phone, so dont expect a photographer quality camera or office speakerphone..
i have a Motorola v3m with Verizon and Nokia 6133 with T-Mobile, both perform excellent, both in sound quality and reception department. Although, i have to give it to nokia for the better screen, better media functionality, and better quality camera (both are 1.3MP though)

Sony Ericsson is a fun phone and has great reception.Con)the phones are a bit pricey.
On the other hand, Motorola is pretty good.Prices are fair and reception is great as well.
But mostly, it just depends on your needs.

there is no such thing!! best mobile phone is depend on what you need and how you choose a mobile you cant compare a different brand like if you want to buy a car which one is better Mercedes or BMW or Pontiac/ Ferrari/ Porches but what you can ask or know is which Ferrari car is fastest and etc. So when asking which phone is i.e Which nokia phone is better people mat N95 / N73.

I've tried almost all brands sold in the US, and I prefer LG. They are user friendly and have fun features.
