Im just trying to figure out does the seller activate it or do I have to activate it

it means that he'll make you sign a contract...(that's how he makes money and is able to sell it cheaper) alright goes like this...when you buy a cellphone through ebay that says contract required you are required to acquire the contract with the seller..(he'll make all the transactions and the phone should be shipped in a couple days) you will have to sign the contract with him...either online or on the phone or by mail (he'll send you something, you sign it, return it)
