I have, or have had, three of my children who all worked at the service centers for a leading cell phone company. They received a lot of complaints on these. When first released, there were some bad batches of these released. The company made good on these with replacements. They are overrated. The razor-thin part is a marketing gimmick. The thinness makes them susceptible to twisting which, in turn, can cause the screen to go blank. The company that makes these is known for producing some great products, especially at the commercial-grade level. But, for them, the Razor is subpar. When compared to the overall market they are average. There does seem to be a love/hate perception among consumers--some love theirs, others hate them.

Here is a small noe abou Razors. I don't own one, but have worked with a friends, and I was irritated because the USB connection has been limmited in what it will allow. WThe bluetooth as well. Not to get to technical, let me break it down:
USB -(Universal Serial Connector) is how MANY items connect to computers. Most commonly, cameras. When you attach a camera to your computer, it shows up in MyComputer, as a Drive. Just like your harddrive and CD drive are listed. You can then copy your pictures off the camera to your computer. Now, The Razor did not show up like that when I connected it. I assume that I need to download SOPECIAL DRIVERS from Moto. Let me tell you, I am a computer programmer and I am in the KNOW about this stuff. The only reason to require special drivers is to control what the customer can do with their phone. Thats you. This is how they do stuff like make you send the pictures. (chaching, more money becasue more airtime used)
As further evidence to this, I being resoruceful, tryied to use BlueTooth to connect to the phone. Bluetooth is like a wireless version of USB. Same thing, have to download and use Motos software.\
So, be aware that Moto conciders you sort of like cattle. To be controlled and loked after. Sort of like a big dairy farm and were all the cows. The milk is our money and well, you get the picture.
Its not just Moto though, they all are similar in there underhanded techniques of extracting uyour cash. But That is just one specific personal experience I have with Moto and There very attractive Razors. I also have heard that they are delicate.
