if i press on any button nothing happens except the power button. i try turning it off and on but its the same. i didnt drop it or anythin i was just pressin the side buttons to check the time and nothin happen.

I took mine back because they are made so cheaply they break easily.
Did you charge it? What about the battery?

Take it back i heard that alot of razors are not functoning right and if you have your receiot kor are in the warranty period they have to give youa new phone.. I have a Katana form sprint it is lilke the razor in looks exceot is is smaller and way better.

it must b cause the unsafe file transfering via BLUETOOTH!! watch where u receive files, dude!!! NEVER TRY TO RECEIVE FILES 4rm UNTRUSTED DEVICE and n0t 2 receive suspecious datas!!!! virus occurs then!!!!! the first thing happents is the keypad freezing!!
MY friend had a nokia n93, his keypad freezes because of the same problem!! watch it!! so show an expert!!

Mine "freezes" all the time, take the battery out, wait about 15 seconds, then put it back in, it'll work like new

try to clean circuits under button. maybe juice or other make press on any button nothing happens . good luck.
