Is it free to send pictures over your phone?

I just got Sprint network for my cell phone, and I wondering if it was just like text messaging and cost 15 cents to send one, or if you can send pictures to other people for free. Thanks for the help.

hi i dont know how sprint works but t- mobile charges for text or pictures i would call sprint and ask them good luck
