I want to create a repeater type contraption so that I can get cell phone reception in my basement. It has to be possible, clone a SIM card to authenticate to the server or just echo the cell phone signal or something.

I haven't got any satisfaction out of my cellular phone but I have got a contract with cellular one.. If I cancel they say you have to pay like 200.00 some dollars for early termination.. can't get satisfaction when calling them so if I cancel what is the worst they can do turn it in on my credit report?? Big deal I have a high credit rating so what is one ding on it..
