I called and complained, but they did nothing. I'd like to know if I have any legal options, or just some good advice!

Is there a way to block unavailable and restricted calls? I don't know why people bother calling with an unavailable/restricted number anyway. I either don't answer or I answer and mute the phone to see if the other person says anything.

Could you please help, first of all my line is dead,that mean no dial tone,but i can still go on the internet.
I have done all that was asked of me of the bt web site, whilst checking my main socket it broke and im wondering where i can get a new main socket box from.
