When ever I turn off my tv and then turn it back on there is sound but not picture. If it is turned off for several hours it will be fine. What is the problem?

please note that the mobile should have the facility to download texts and the contact details etc using the relevant software.
I donot like the idea of spending money on sending emails to yourself to get the copy of the texts
