Can I ever get a "needs more resources" song?

I went into a website and clicked on a picture that was supposed to let me do a virtual tour. When the screen came up, all there was in the upper left hand corner was that white box with red x in it. I tried to double click, right click, etc but nothing would happen. The website said they were not having problems and they could get the tours. Is this something in my software or my computer - how can I fix. These little boxes have just recently started to come up more and more.Thanks.

I am trying to use a 1Gb (made by Cable & wireless) Usb memory stick to download data from a computer running windows 98. The computer recognises it as a mass storage device but will not allow it to be accessed. Anybody know where I can get a driver for this type of device

Starting about six months ago my Netscape 7.1 started crashing, on what I believe is was some new web contention. Super annoying. I updated to 8.1.3 and son of a gun it does the same thing. If I need something off a "problem" web page I have to use Internet explorer (That never crashes, on my end). I have been using Netscape for more then ten years and loved the program but if in fact they have dropped the ball and are sliding to the waysideI will have to drop them. Now of course it could be on my end, that’s always possible, but after reloading the software from scratch three times it would be Unlikely. If you have a good answer I sure would like to hear it.

1st the operating system crashed ( twice), I redownloaded it, was fine for a while but the resolution was way to large-big icons etc. It would not let you adjust it. When we went to where you supposed to be able to the adjustment needle wouldn't move. I didn't ever have it online.
My teenage son was fiddling with it, says it gave him an option to turn off the video card (dumb option) so he did. Now we have no idea how to turn it back on without being able to see anything on the screen.
It's a pentium 3 with windows xp on it.I don't have the money to take it to a shop, and I don't want to toss or give away a good computor just because I don't know what to do with it. I have a dragon naturally speaking system (voice activated system so I can operate it- type and things by voice) on it that I could really use, my typing is really slow do to multipe sclerosis affecting my hands.
Any suggestions?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 with which came Vista Home Premium. It has a widescreen. Now, XP Pro SP 2 is installed.
When i try to install ATI Catalyst which came with it as well as the latest one both XP and Vista Compatible, it says "Failed to detect and installable components." and it has a rationot for widescreen.

Plz upload a correct copy of Windows Xp Pro to filefactory which as most of the dell drivers in the CD itself. My one has only 1 driver of Dell in the XP CD.

Plz Plz Help me......

I`ve just done system restore to a week ago to eliminate a problem I had. It cured the problem but then I found my browser (the above) was`nt acting quite right so I deleted it and re-installed it. Twice in fact, but now it wont let me install Yahoo & Google toolbars all I get is a message stating there was an installation problem. I`ve tried several times but still no good. Anybody out there know the answer. Thanks

Basically on the webpage, there will be a free text field at the top of the page with a submit button, so when you write something in this field and hit submit, it updates a table or something below it with what was written in the free text field.

Okay, I have a USB Keyboard and Mouse but I think the driver has screwed up because when I load up windows I can't login because I can't use my USB mouse and keyboard. What things can I try? I have been using this Mouse and Keyboard for ages (about a year now). Anything else I can try?
