If there is such a software, I doubt it would create words because Morse code is a code for letters and numbers.

Considering how rarely that Morse code is used today (usually a few retired GIs, ham radio fans or people who are interested in old fashioned technology) and the fact that these individuals are likely purists and often scorn high-tech gadgets, like computers; the likely-hood that someone has created a software that does what you've described is unlikely.

You might as well look for hardware that can convert gramaphone cylinders direct to the ipod format!

I dont think so i think the only people who use morse now are the navy and thats only when there arent any other options.
