I got a new computer and cannot find this screen saver. It is a 3D Image and has updated news stories. The planet would spin from country to country with the latest news and would say hit spacebar or enter or something to read the whole story. What is it called and where can I find it? I have been looking but cannot see it. If you know where it is please tell me.

They were originally attachments in Outlook Express (missing the .eml extension). I dragged them to the desktop to rename them w/ the proper .eml extension in hopes of being able to open them. But once on the desktop, I couldn't rename them or delete them. They don't appear in c:\documents and settings\user\desktop (from DOS [ex. dir /ahsr *.*]). Both icons are named something like this "Blah Blah........." (multiple periods at end of name). Any attempt to delete them and Windows says it can't find them. I wrote a VB program to create a new file system object and save the new file to the desktop (w/ same name as offending icon) in hopes that there would now be an icon and an associated file that I could delete, but no luck. Right clicking on the icons yields no info. of any use.

Can anybody help me ? I would like to make a system restore back up disc in case of any loss of data , including reinstalling windows as this came preinstalled , which i dont like as you dont get a disc ! I have checked control panel and the go back part of windows xp but cant find where i can back everything up ? Thanks

At times I need to use my power point presentation at different laptops, but others are copying my presentations with out my acceptance.

Is there any method where I can see that no body can copy files from my CD.

Any lock system or password system or anything ...

i have corel paint shop 9 and XI and i can install any of them on my computer.... when i try to install it... everything runs well until it gets to "registering modules" and then it freezes! on BOTH versions... i could understand if one disk got messed up but both? no... i keep my CDs in PERFECT condition...

if anyone has any idea.... well, i would appreciate it SOOO much. thank you.

I am in charge of my family reunion DVD and can't find software that will allow me to do that. The budget is almost nothing. I was working with the Windows Movie Maker but I can't get it on to a DVD. Most of the older people in my family will not attempt to use a computer, but will watch a DVD...any suggestions?
