i have downloaded a software and kept in a folder .Now how could I use itI?

do the following steps

1. open the software in that folder.
2. click the setup file
3. it displays one dialog box in that u click next , vat ever it come pls study carefully and the answer it.
4.finally it displays "you have installed successfully" in that you click finish button.
5. Restart your computer then it displays that software in desktop in your computer. double click that icon. then u can use it

try it now and use it and enjoy it

You have to install it on your PC. This will defer from one software to another. Normally, it is quite simple like executing a .exe file and answering some simple questions.

browse the folder that you've downloaded the file to it.
then run the software.
