I am in charge of my family reunion DVD and can't find software that will allow me to do that. The budget is almost nothing. I was working with the Windows Movie Maker but I can't get it on to a DVD. Most of the older people in my family will not attempt to use a computer, but will watch a DVD...any suggestions?

I am pretty sure that this is a feature of http://www.irfanview.com with the extra add-on. It is a free program that is made for manipulating pictures and photos. Hope this helps

If you have a Macintosh, both CD and DVD burning software is included in most models. There is also a program called Toast that is available on line or at retail stores for about $100. I believe they also have a PC version.
