use antivirus, if it is not possible i mean the virus does not get remove then save your files and format the drive. coz these virus make there multiple copies and never removed completly.
if u are a regular user of internet then uninstall the antivirus in ur system coz that creates the problem and after go for formatting after two or three months.

1) Buy name-brand anti-virus software from a local computer retailer. Cost: $80 approximately
2) Back up your system so you can easily recover from this sort of situation in the future
3) Buy a Mac. Macs don't have viruses not to mention they're much more secure and problem-free all around.
