Software - July 2006

What i am looking for is a software with extra mega power of compressing files.
I have already tried winrar, winzip but they could not compress it that much ( maximum down to 2-3 mg )

The thing is, i have a movie file what is 120 mg and i want to send it per email and since Yahoo! accept files up to 10 mg so i gatta mega ultra extra compress it some how.

Well, it doesn't work with the format command at windows because it's the only hard drive the machine has... And the instal. CD doesn't have the format command...
