You can always use the old method of holding the ctrl key down and hitting print screen - that takes a "picture" of the screen and you can then paste it into another program like Publisher or Word.

There are 2 ways that I can think of, depending on what you want to do.

If you have a good word processor, highlight the part of the conversation you want to keep, copy it to your clipboard (CTL+C), and paste it to your word processor document (CTL+V). Now, you can edit and save the contents as a document.

If you want a picture of your conversation window, make the window active, press ALT+Print Screen (to copy it to your clipboard), then paste it to something like Paint. Just remember that this is a picture, and not something you can edit.
