i can send voice mail,and i have voicemail in my box,but everytime i try to open it the window is inactive,i click on call history and nothing happens what am i doing wrong? help please anyone!

maybe you need to put money on it or reset it and start all over again or turn off your phone take card out blow where sim is and clean sim with a soft cloth. put it all back together and see what happens i hope it works good luck girl.

If that does not work go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Porgrammes>Yahoo Messenger>Remove then go onto http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com and download the latest version.

a restart probably couldn't hurt, it might be some part of the program has crashed or shut down, and needs to be restarted...
