Software - June 2006

I went to hewlett packard website to downlaod driver for this printer and don't understand how to do it. I called HP contact but they have it under a differnet name.This printer was bought at a flea market.HP contact won't help me unless I have purchase reciept to fax to them.How can I download an easy install driver for this printer?Please feel free to email me if you can help.

I recently installed Explorer ver.7 Beta 2 and noticed that Yahoo did something right after. Is this a legit file or a tag-along pest?

Four squares have shown up on my desk top, I've done all I can think of to get rid of them.

They go diagonally from the left side bottom up to the right top. They interfere with any picture I put on my desktop.

Anyone heard of this and can help me solve? I seem to recall having a square icon on the desk top that I didn't recognize and I clicked on it to see what it was because it was not identified and since then I can't rid myself of these squares.

I've performed every change in display, etc.

k dell xps gen 2 two gb's of ram 3.4 ht p4 chips and windows xp pro why is it when windows media player is running it stops this computer in its tracks cpu goes to 95 to 100% and every thing stops for wmp to work and half the time it crashs what is going on plz i need help

I have a 10 GB movie that skips when I play it in imovie. Actually, I just get the first 2 seconds and then the rest is jumpy sound. I'm looking to save the file NOT as a Quicktime (.mov) because that format is what's slow, NOT my computer. My computer can play DVD's and such at a perfect speed but it has trouble with my imovie. So how do I save it NOT as a Quicktime file but something like Realplayer maybe? Any suggestions on making it run faster would also be appreciated.

has anyone downloaded the vista beta yet,if so how long did it take you,i have a download speed of 121kb per second,so how long would it take me,the biggest file ive downloaded was 1.3gb and that took 3 hours so i reckon it would tale 8-9 hours
is it safe to install,and do you need to activate it,like xp
