Autocad LT has all of your basic 2 dimensional drawing commands and is a great program if you are just learning or will only be doing basic, 2 dimensional items.

The full version of Autocad has much more powerful commands, a variety of 3D commands, better rendering and shading, better interfacing with other programs, and is very programmable and customizable.

And, oh yeah, one is ALOT cheaper than the other.
