I have an external CSS file and a website. How do I make the CSS file accessible to the files from the subfolders of the website? I know it has to be something like but what is it for the files in more subfolders?

Like: the ~ in "Español" or the special c in "Français". Sometimes I find that it would appear fine for some minutes, but once I refresh the page, the words often change to "Espa?nol" or "Fran?ais" like it's unrecognizable.
This is especially true for MySpace.com.

i have two arrays, say array1 and array2, any way of comparing each element of array1 to array2 (array1[0] with array2[0], array2[1]... array1[1] with array2[0], array2[1] and so on...) so that i will know how many elements they have in common? and what if an element appears more than once?

I am looking to get my bussiness on the web. I currently am running a basic site thru Network Solutions, but want to upgrade to an ecommerce site, Not to sure which company is good. I got this burned data CD from my friend, and it's full of .cab, EX_ files. It's suppose to contain videos, am I suppose to extract the .cab files to open it? how do I do that? I tried to use msconfig.exe -> expand file, and I don't think that worked. I'm gonna list the file names here..so there are..

i am starting to program in c++ but i dont understand one thing. The code is for making the program work, but how do i make the user interface. I mean in a software you have a buttons, textareas,, etc and all that interacts with the code. But how do i make that?

With Visual Basic?

But i think Visual Basic is another language, you cannot work with c++, isnt it?

And the last question is it the same programming in a windows pc or in Mac.

When viewed on my computer in firefox/ie, there is no light blue about the headings on the divisions.. why is it like this when loaded on geocities. However, on both my computer and geocities there are white spaces above and below the footer. Why is this??
