When viewed on my computer in firefox/ie, there is no light blue about the headings on the divisions.. why is it like this when loaded on geocities. However, on both my computer and geocities there are white spaces above and below the footer. Why is this??

a easy gray would be advantageous, on your cabinets with softer tones of white, on the paintwork. upload-ons in silver (to verify the gray and lightweight blue) this will additionally supply it a clean look and choose door handles of silver or easy blue to tie the entire element in. Caramac x

Try putting margin:0px on your h5 (the one in the footer)
