When I open Explorer and look at the properties of a file it will show three different sizes. For example I look at a random file and it says Size: 206KB (211,325 bytes), 212,992 bytes used. I'm confused. Which is the true size? I use Windows 98se.

I need to find out how much a web designer will cost for a budget I need to compile. I just need a cost for a basic html site, either on a per page basis or an hourly rate assuming the site is simple text and graphics. I appreicte that exact figures depend on the content but a rough guide would be appreciated.

Shortcuts to a website on one's desktop; does this use alot of memory?

Does removing a Shortcut only involve right clicking-deleting and therefore it goes to recycle bin?

When a Shortcut is removed does this take it completely off your computer, i.e. hard drive and whatever else is involved with it being on the desktop?

Is it not good to have numerous site shortcuts on ones desktop?

I didn't want to ask only one loooong question figuring by time I was done it wouldn't make sense. However, I couldn't see asking these in seperate posts because they all are in regards to the same issue.

Thanks in advanvce from an illiterate tech wannabe.

d= -8;
a= 1 * 2 +3;
b= 1+2*3;
c= (1 + 2) * 3;
c= a + b;

What will be displayed or what will the values be when executed and how do you solve this? If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it!
