Hi,
If you were looking to set up a q'n'a site like this one what would you need to do/buy and in what order. i'm a novice, i thought you would have to buy a hosting package and domain then buy a piece of software that allowed you to make a bespoke site (i heard actinic was okay). then design your site with the software and then upload it. but what role does cms play and how can you make everyone's answers to be open to seo.

any help much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Textbox 2 and 3 both output the latitude and longitude of the gps position. They are currently displayed in a long string.
How do i insert a degrees character so it displays readable lat and long values?

Taking a computer to its basics code a computer reads either a yes or no or "0" or "1" as i understand it. Therefore how can a program genuinely randomise something, ie pick a number between 1 and 100. I'm not a computer expert so it's probably obviously but it was something me and a friend somehow started talking about and we don't know.

im noob herejust startin reading about c++... im doin d basic tutorials but as i said, command prompt just flashes.. i tried to make a batch filefor it like for example at notepad:

exercise.exe
pause


then saved it as exercise.bat


this works in some basic tutorials but in others more complicated it doesnt work coz it shows command prompt sayin "press any key to continue"




help this noob pls thnx

im trying to put a movie on RW-DVD, WMP 11 tells me that i have to erase it first, which i couldnt do...i keep on right clicking and pressing the erase icon ..but always the same answer.. cant complete the process. even when the DVD is in, WMP and realplayer keeps telling insert a CD! i tried Nero but nothing happened. any advice??thanx

I'm trying to bring my code up to standard, the Xhtml page validates but when I try to validate my external style sheets I get warnings (warnings, but not errors) about button colors and anchor background colors being the same, thats kinda screwy cause those are the colors that I want, and also the body scrollbar attribute seems to be invalid, but it works in all the browsers.
Can some one explain if the same colors for different items on the style sheet is a major problem and if it is are there any ways to work around it.
