to the first question, no.
to the second question, I would unlock the door and get out.

1. I not sure, I never used it
2. I would break the window with the bat and then stick my head out of the window and yell for somebody to call AAA so they could come unlock the door. But If I had the keys then instead of yelling. I'd throw the keys at the first person that walks by to get their attention and have them go get help.
