I need Frontpage 2003 or above! Where can I get a free one without installing the whole of office?

frontpage 2003 is the last of its kind as Microsoft has decided to dump it. You can still download a trial version from microsoft site or a free express version.

Web visual developer 2005 Express edition is also downloadable from microsoft website and is free.

the only legal way is to use a websearch engine and find a copy to buy. free for microsoft frontpage does not exist legally, yo may be able to get a free trial of frontpage direct from microsoft or try asking a local business if they have an old copy you can have.
you may be lucky.
bur why use frontpage?
there are thousands of webpage creation programs around.
if you already have a word processor such as notepad you can use that to code your html pages.
however for a freeware wysiwyg web design program try www.pagebreeze.com and get a free copy (free for non comercial use).

your choice. legal or not. file share programs may be able to help you with a copy but then you could get a copy that has been tampered with and which may have had backdoors put in to spy on and or allow someone else to change your page and or site and use it for scamming purposes, leaving you liable in the eyes of the law should you get sued, you would have no legal leg to stand on when you think about it.

the choice is yours. but frontapge 2003 was provided as a freeware triasl program and it was available seperately to the main office suites.

good luck in finding a free copy. but ms word and publisher do a good job with web page design as well.

why not try google and in the search bar type "Microsoft frontpage freeware" see if you get lucky. you never know. you may like to try and buy a copy using amazon.co.uk or .com depending on where you are based.
just use your common sense. and if you do go the illegal route make sure you are using up to date defenses otherwise you may not be able to filter out any malware bundled with the program.

frontpage came on disc 2 of the office 2003 suite. keep that in mind when searching for the right download.

also has a different cd key than disc 1

try a p2p sharing program like limewire and you can customize the office to just put frontpage on it.

Not that I condone this but......try googleing microsoft front page torrent download and see what you come up with. You will need a bittorrent program installed to download torrents. Or go buy it..
