An editor, like Frontpage, Trillian or notepad...
If you want to do it the 'old fashioned' way, you create a new file (say, in notepad) and then you type in the code(s) (called tags)...

will there are many ways to create an html page .. I will list some below
1. NVU - www.nvu.org ~ this is free add free and open source
2. if you buy web hosting thats cpanel you can make it with in your control panel .
3.some free web hostings have and editor that would help make an html file ..

purely a textual content cloth editor is definitely adequate for starting to be HTML records (shop as htm in homestead windows notepad), in spite of if WYSIWYG (what you notice is what you get) style of classes are much less complicated to apply, considering you're able to do plenty with limited or no HTML know-how.

u need notepad to write html tags and save that file(notepad) as x.html,y.html,a.html etc..all u need to do is learn HTMLTAGS
the best site to learn htmltags is www.w3schools.com
there will be no need for lecturer to guide u..if u open that site
