Im using XP. When I try to open the file with my dvd decypter it says invalid file. The Decrypter also writes. Can I fix it with a hex editor.

How does the random function work?

A program is a set of instructions that tells the computer exactly what to do, and the computer isn't capable of doing anything on it's own, yet asking it for a random number it's like asking it to make it's own decision.

I have some PHP scripts which I want to test and I dont have the needed time to upload them on a server each time to test them. I want to know how can I test my scripts offline, on my desktop/laptop itself. I also want to test the mysql etc.

Please do provide with some solid solution and if you dont have a good answer to this, just dont say anything.

A professor sent me their lecture notes but something has gone wrong. The link in the email has the file listed as a .ppt file but my computer will only save it as a .cgi file. I am not sure what to do and am considering panicking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have declared my function as below

and this is what the function does

void CurrencyType::initialise(void)
{
US=0;
Aust=0;
HK=0;
Euro=0;
Malay=0;
selection='U';
}
but i get this error message "Identifier 'initialise' cannot have a type qualifier" on this line --> void CurrencyType::initialise(void)... whats wrong? thanks for reading

I had installed Photoshop in my PC. I had used the gradient tool for sometimes but i can't find it anymore. I went to other accounts in my pc and the gradient tool is still on the right place. I think I had delete the window where the gradient tool is. Can anyone tell me where or how can I get it back?
