i want a webpage where i can learn stuff like animation...like to make thihngs move in photoshop, image ready and stuff like that.

Go Digging...visit www.digg.com, the geek site and search for tutorials you are interested in, you might come across links that users post and see if that helps you. Also, try HPLC (Hewlett Packard Learning Center) (Google it), they offer free online courses...try them out too.
