All it needs it a person with a sick mind and intention, other than that only having the programing knowledge to command computer to do something rude. ( like using copy command to copy chunk of data to your hard drive over and over, till it becomes full and crash your system, without being able to boot up agin with no free space on your C drive. This is an example of a simple virus.

You need to know programming but you really dont want to go there!
You activate a virus and it can do all sorts of things to your computer.
Or your planning on sending it someone and then it would be illegal and you would have a nice prison sentence.
Dont bother its not worth it
