All of which are excellent AND essential. To be honest though your best bet is to head towards your nearest college/university and seek out a night course, it would be much easier than learning from a book (its taken me 8 years to learn via books and it changes all the time!)

Anything by O'Reilly books - they simply the best you can buy. Their Actionscript books (needed if you want to do anything useful in Flash) are superb.
