what is the better corel paint shop or adobe photoshop ??

I have to type the results of a science expriment and i have to graph it all on microsoft word , i know how to make table charts of 3x4 4x4 5x4 you know the easy simple tables but how do i make a big graph like 20x5 or something please help.

I want to send out newsletters and email notifications. I am having a hard time understanding the techniques of getting into the inboxes of yahoo, especially hotmail. I notice that myspace and other popular service websites are getting through every time. What is the secret? I am using php's mail function in a php/mysql environment.

My site, so for, is set up where people can enter their url for an image into a form, then the form sends the url to the database. then I have another php program that access the url and displays the picture. I was wondering if there is a way I can keep people from submitting links to photos that are too big. I've tried the resize command, but it stretchs some of the photos that are smaller. Any advice?
