how do you put space between pictures and also make them centered on a webpage?

Are you using Dreamweaver or Front Page?

On FP, you can create a table and separate the table with rows and columns. then change the heigth or width of the cell the photo is pasted into.

Or you can click on FORMAT, then POSITION
