Im using XP. When I try to open the file with my dvd decypter it says invalid file. The Decrypter also writes. Can I fix it with a hex editor.

Ok, heres a REAL answer, although that is a weird avitar;
Try to open it with some programs like powerISO, Damian tools, etc. If none can open it, try to open it with WinRAR. If you can, extract all the files to a folder(keeping the folder structure) then create a new ISO with those files. If you cant open the ISO with winrar, then sorry but I think your screwed.

Make sure the ISO is forst unpacked correctly that could have caused issues..If yes thne you can edit it assuming you know the line of coding or file sections that are corrupted or missing..But if you're asking this question you do not have the knowledge to do so..(not putting you down)
