it keeps giving me "No such file..." error. All I want to do is specify a repository so i can start working with CVS. I have downloaded CVSNT and installed properly. what give?? pls help.

I'll keep this short and easy lol. I'm 20 and running my own web design business. I have made $1000's from just word of mouth, no advertising or networking or anything, just me telling a few individuals. Which brings me to my next question, what kind of methods/solutions would you use to help grow the business?

Okay I am going to be honest here I just started learning Java and truthfully I prefer C++ way more! The first thing I really don't like about java is the fact that it is so damn strict especially the case sensetive thing! oi.. I dunno I always heard that it is so much easier, but idunno there seems to be a LOT more you have to remember in order to get things up and running then when I was doing C++.. I am like constently having to refer to my java so I know what memeber functions are apart of what class.. usually in C++ when you create classes it shows you all the members of yoru class. Also they change the names.. they refer to functions as methods and constants as finals? Idunno, perhaps I just need to give it some time, then I will see the advantages to it over C++. But so far I am favoring C++.

I would have to say the only thing I like about java so far is the ease of gui development.

I need to know how to make and animated GIF out of my jpeg. I've seen others on myspace who have "moving" picture, comparable to at fast-pace slide show, If you this doesn't make sence, its like when cartoons are drawn, it takes several different drawings to make one movement. That's what I'm trying to do with my pics, but I don't know how they do it. All I know is that its a GIF, that's it. I am using a Mac, I have a domain name and a host. What is the easiest program to use to build this website: Powerpoint, Imageready/ Photoshop, or Dreamweaver? I was a graphic designer for 4 years(self taught) so I can get around a program. I downloaded a 30 day free trial of dreamweaver and have been trying to make it work. I can get the page designed, but get stumped when it wants URL, src, alternate text. When I worked on PC I used Frontpage a little bit, and did ok. I published the company I worked for's website using it.
So, PLEASE if someone can help me I really really would appreciate it. I am so frustrated with this. I've been trying to figure it out for the last week!

Im stuck on my extremely limited knowledge on writing batch files and what i have got doesnt work.

What i need is a batch file to send out to all users within the company i work for which will copy two files (*.id + names.nsf) out of the following destination:

C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes\Data

and then pasting them on the root of U:\ (each user has their own drive which we have designated this to be it.)

I have done some research around on the internet but i just cannot find what i am after and continue to tie myself around in knots.

If you could help me it would be a great help!

I want to make a database so when I want to order something from a vendor, I can type in the product name and quickly find the item and who we previously ordered it from. I don't now how to get this database started. Are there templates somewhere that I could use? Please help!
