I already have a dialup modem connected to my pc and i am using it for dialup internet. when i goto the address book, and call one of the contacts on thier phone of mobile, they recieve the call, and after they accept the call, they can hear everything i speak in my microphone connected to my computer, but i cannot hear what they speak...
so if anybody could please tell me the reason for such and problem...please do reply...

I want to spend up to £80 on one - don't need anything fancy. I have about 200 mp3s on my pc that i've downloaded or ripped from cds. Will i be able to play them on any mp3 player and how many would i get on it? I'm new to this. Also is there anything else i need to know before buying one? Thanks!

A blue page appears and it says that a page in a nonpage something has occured and that windows had to be shut down to avoid any harm to the computer. At the end it says dumping memory.

Anyone help with this one. I have loads of old video's which I want to convert to dvd, prehaps through my computer which has a great dvd writer. What hardware / software would I need to do this, and where could I get it. I have the same problem with loads of old vinyl records which I want to convert into cd's. Any ideas anyone? Do they make dvd recorder and vcr combi units yet where you can put a video in and record it straight onto a blank dvd using the same unit??? This is driving me nuts!! Thanks in advance to anyone for any advice whatsoever.

Is this a real virus? ...beam...to/...account how can I tell if I'm infected or stop his crap from eating up my computer, when you click on his answer link it sends you to a page that says it's a virus and if you try to close it, it tells you something like sya goodbye to your hard drive? I restored to a previous time point. But I want to make sure my cpu didn't catch anything? Have you heard anything about this?

sometimes when i scanned some documents and save in MS word its shows in same way in which i did my scanning ..i mean it show the documents with border lines and with little bit of blue hue on it ..and i m not able to make any changes in it . so do anybody know how can i scan it in its original form and make some changes if i want to ...........

Ok...I have these pictures that I would like to put on Myspace, but the files are way too big...like thousands of KB. I just got a new camera and it was on the wrong setting so all of the pictures are huge! There is no program that cam with the camera to resize the pictures, so does anyone know of a way to resize them through paint or any other program? I would prefer to not have to download a program, but if I must, I will. Please help! 10 points to the quickest but most accurate answer! Thanks so much!!!
