Sounds like a page fault error. Most common cause is that Windows can not read its swap file. This will happen if the the hard drive is too low on free space (it needs to have a minimum of 10% of the hard drive free), or if the hard drive is badly fragmented. Check the amount of free space (My Computer > Right click on the Local Drive (c:) > Properties > Look at the pie chart for the amount of free space) and if needed delete some files or move them to a CD. Then defrag the hard drive (My Computer > Right click on the Local Drive (c:) > Properties > Click the Tools tab > Click Defragment Now).

This blue page is always known as the blue page of death by all the compter community.

This page occurs if any of the system file has been corrupted accidentally or through purpose.

You can do one thing while the windows is about to load please press F8 button.
When you are given all the options of the booting processes do select the option

BOOT WITH THE LAST WELL RUN SETTINGS

This will mostly solve your problem.

You probably won't notice a need to fix any registry problems if your system is new, but over time, your system's registry will become larger and larger, especially as software, drivers, and hardware components are added and removed from your computer. With so many additions and deletions, your Windows registry can become corrupted or filled with errors and empty destinations, and the need for you to fix registry problems would be paramount before they start to get worse.

If you don't fix registry problems when they arise, you may find yourself faced with unpredictable system crashes, halts, or even degradation in CPU speed. Fixing registry issues and preventing system crashes should be a primary concern when you use your PC.

You should try reputated registry fixer software such as; RegistryFix, This software will sove your all the error problem.

Perhaps run a free utlity that checks for these kind of problems.

Access the memory dumps to see what could be the cause of the problem.

Use Microsoft's help section if you can remember the exact error.
