click download driver and enter the model number. follow instructions from there.

Which version do your have (m, se, tn, xi or regular)?
Go to HP.com:http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_pagetype=s-001&h_lang=en&h_client=s-s-r2515-1&h_cc=us&h_query=HP+LaserJet+2100+printer+series
Then find the drivers. The printer is considered obselite, but they still provide old drivers for it. Drivers don't take up much space. Save the driver on a new CD AND somewhere else. The best medium to hold long term data is your hard drive.

If you have windows XPSP2 , you dont need any driver . windows install it automaticaly (plug-and-play) but you can also download Its Drivers from Hpdrivers website
