1. Try to download something.
2. Write down EVERYTHING that it says on the error OR take a screenshot and post the image somewhere.
3. Come back here and click the "add details" button.
4. Add enough detail so that someone can really help you. The error message itself will be enough.
Thanks for giving me the chance to help you.

Nobody can help u without the error message, not even a tech would be able to assist u until the error message was retrieved.Do not do anything harsh to ur comp until u determine what the error message was.I would suggest trying to d/l something simple and if u receive the error again, write it down and post it. :)

unless you want to lose everything you have on your computer, and have to re-install everything, i suggest that you find out how much free space you have on your hard drive and how much memory you have left. It really sounds like a memory related problem to me...try to get rid of unused programs through the control panel/add-delete programs option, then defrag your computer if possible...you might have to use scandisk first if there are any errors, like bad sectors, that need to be fixed first...second, try using anti-virus programs like AVG(better than Norton or McAfee...and its free)...if all else fails, then re-format your hard drive or buy a new one or more memory.

that's advisable to do a sparkling reinstall in case you have not tried ad-conscious and mcafee unearths not something. it will be a hardware situation. domicile windows ninety 8 does that lots, do not understand in case you upgraded to domicile windows XP or 2000 yet you ought to. also, do not acquire cursors or icons from the information superhighway, they perhaps relaxing (not!) yet from time to time have undercover agent ware outfitted in to them. The blue demonstrate screen is many times a demonstration of hardware or domicile windows configuration mistakes - not from undercover agent ware or virus. best element to do is, backup all of your human being information and information to an exterior force, then reformat your force and reinstall domicile windows - ideally XP - then restore your information back.
