I want to ask people their opinion, I know what I think but I want to hear from men and women what they think. So here goes....
1. Is it acceptable to find out that your partner has been on Facebook for sometime without inviting you to be a friend, and is stating they are single and looking for girls in their profile?
2. Is it right to state your single when you have been in a realtionship for 14months, to the 40 - 50 women friends he has on there as invited friends, that you have never heard of, or been mentioned. When you have never been invited to join your self?
3. Would it be considered reasonable to ask that his realtionship status is changed to "in a realtionship with you?"

What do you think?

I was on the bus coming home from school today and a random girl from my Facebook friends' list came up to me and said "You are such a Facebook whore!" I don't really associate myself with her that much, only as an acquaintance. During my Thanksgiving break I was really bored and just went on Facebook alot to pass the time, I don't usually do much on Facebook most of the time. So...why would she just come up to me and call me a Facebook whore?

I have accidentally stumbled upon another person's profile on Facebook who happened to share similar interests/beliefs as me, and we both go to the same university. I would like to meet him in real life, but I think it might appear as rather unusual since people don't befriend people in real life via the Internet (or do they?) Is it possible to befriend someone in real life after finding u both have common interests on Facebook?

PS: The main problem also is that there are people who go about stalking others, but I am only interested in befriending new people with similar interests/beliefs.

I work at a private school and one of my students suggested we start a facebook group for everyone at our school. Is this dangerous? Will I open my kids up to online predators? Could the page get out of hand and kids flame the school? (right now they love it, but who knows if one kids gets pissed off in the future)
